Buffering interface between Arduino and Remote Control

The toy's components: 1) The camera used to track motion and its video output on the computer screen. The video shows the user's hand location with respect to the direction grid. 2) The Arduino processes the tracking outputs from the computer and is wired into the RC car's controller. The controller is used to send signals to the car. 3) The car maneuvers based on the RC controller's commands. It is mounted with a camera that sends a video feed back to the user for a first-person view.
